Open Finder then look for 'Devices.' The first heading on my computer is 'Richard's iMac.' If you have a similar file, click on it and you should find 'Macintosh HD.' Open it and you should find 'Users-Shared-PDFwriter'. If it doesn't work, take your Macbook Pro to an Apple store or call one and they can help.
